1. Choose a T-shirt to personalise

The first step is to choose the right type of T-shirt for you. In the Designer, the Choose product option lets you select which T-shirt you would like to use as the basis for the T-shirt you are creating. With over 30 different types of T-shirts to choose from, there will surely be one for you as well. You can also filter your T-shirt search with categories as for example Men’s, Women’s and Kids, or filter by colour and size.

2. Personalise your T-shirt with super unique designs

Choose designis the second step toward the T-shirt of your dreams. Use the search bar to find designs covering almost every interest and topic you can think of. Once you have found a design you like, just confirm it with "Add design". It will show on your T-shirt immediately. Now you can have fun by changing the size or position anyway you like. You can also change the colour of the design and the print method used (not all print methods are available for all designs). This is how you can easily get your own T-shirt ready for printing.

3. Complete your T-shirt with your own photo or design

Uploading your own photo or design lets you create your own super unique T-shirt. Simply click on Upload image, choose your file and away you go. The uploaded image will be displayed on the T-shirt you have chosen. Now you can position it or change its size to create your T-shirt as well as a number of other products.

4. Add text to your T-shirt.

In the T-Shirt Designer you can also add unique text to any T-shirt, simply click on Add text and then type away. Change the font, colour, size and position to your heart's content. You can of course use any of the different techniques to create the perfect T-shirt for you. Now you just need to choose the size and quantity and add to your basket, and then you're ready to order. After checking out, you'll trigger the printing process and you’ll soon be wearing the T-shirt you created.

We will dispatch your purchase with a email on your account.

Delivery:                
We will dispatch your purchase within 3 working days after receiving your cleared payment. We will provide you the tracking code once we have shipped out the order. The local shipping time within UK will be 2 to 3 working days with Royal Mail or MyHermes delivery.

Change of mind/ Unwanted item(s)
Customer can return the unwanted order(s) within 14 days upon receipt at customer’s own cost. 
Please contact our customer service team with the following information before any return:
1. Customer’s order number and the date of purchase.
2. Item model and the serial number
3. Reason of returnItem(s) must be returned in brand new, resalable condition with original packaging. If item has been found damaged, seal broken, accessories missing, a minimum 15% restocking fee will occur (depends on the condition of the phone).

Item Damaged During Transit
If item has been damaged during transit, customer MUST contact our customer service team via eKM message system within 48 hours upon receipt. Please include the clear photos of the damaged item in the message. Customer should return the item in its original packaging completed with all accessories and documentation. Once we received the item back and confirmed the damage, we'll offer a replacement or issue a full refund.

Item Lost During Transit
Tracking code will be provided once item has been dispatched. Customer can track their package(s) with it on the carrier’s official website. If customer couldn’t receive the package within 14 working days after item has been dispatched. Please feel free to contact our customer service team for assistance.  We will contact the courier for further action (Courier may need the receiver to submit a claim). Once item has been confirmed lost during transportation, we will arrange a replacement or a refund for the confirmed lost case.

DOA (Dead on Arrival)/ Faulty item
If item is found faulty within 14 days after received, please first contact with our customer service team via eKM message system. In the message, please include the following information:1. Customer’s order number and the date of purchase.2. Item model and the serial number3. Description of the item’s problem.  Please return the item with all the accessories, documents and original packaging to us. Once confirmed the item is a DOA or the faulty is not done by human mistake/ misuse. We will offer a replacement for our customer. If item has been confirmed with no problem, we will ship it back to the customer.

International Buyers (Outside UK / EU) – Please  note:    
Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping  charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility.    

Please  check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional  costs will be prior to bidding/ buying.
